Camp located on 55 Acres on the Rifle River in Arenac County, Michigan.
- This is a wilderness camp, bring everything you need to survive.
- Men and Boys of all ages are welcome to come and fellowship.
- You may attend a single session or stay the entire week.

Great Meeting in the Woods 2016!!
Too much cannot be said about the Messages, Music, and Fellowship that we encountered at the camp. We will be adding pictures and information about this years camp as well as posting more details about the 2017 meeting soon.
The SECOND ANNUAL shed building day at the IDES headquarters in Noblesville IN will be in February 2017- THANKS to all the guys who came in 2016! We had guys from all over MI and IN. The shed components were completed by 2 PM as well as some improvements to the warehouse. If you would like more information about IDES click here.

August 2nd, Wednesday: 9 AM and 7 PM Menscamp services
August 3rd, Thursday: 9 AM and 7 PM Menscamp services
August 4th, Friday: 9 AM and 7 PM Menscamp services
August 5th, Saturday: Depart to Serve!

We Care Ministries
West Monroe LA
Larry shared with about his travelling ministry. He has held successful evangelism training seminars all over the USA and in other countries as well. His ministry is a part of the Whites Ferry Road Church of Christ where they are seeing consistent additions of new converts weekly. He also shared with us some insights into the "Duck Dynasty" story, Larry's daughter is Missy Robertson from the show.
Metro Detroit MI
Wissam- "There are two kinds of people who are talking about Islam today: Muslims, and non-Muslims. The latter often couldn't give an accurate description of Islam, while the former wouldn't tell you the whole truth about Islam." Wissam shared with us his journey from being born a Sunni Muslim in Baghdad, to rejecting the Islam faith and becoming an Atheist, then investigating the Bible and becoming a Christian, leaving his family and homeland behind in the process.
Summit Theological Seminary
George shared with about resolving conflicts and who we can expect to see in Heaven. He also provided us with insights from his involvement as Founder of Summit, which is dedicated to training men for the ministry.
First Church of Christ
Shane is the Minister at Peru, a Prof at Summit Theological, and Instructor of "Wilderness Survival School". He shared a message from 2 Peter 1, "You can know", plus worked with the boys in a survival class.
Kenny Melton, Kendall Faull and Jason Stoner led us in music
Church of Christ at Bronson
Jerry organized contests for the youth and was able to obtain several hundred dollars worth of prizes through a corporate donation. The youth, teaming up with an adult, competed for the prizes in different catagories. It was a great time, and we plan to offer a similar event in 2017.

*Current camp news*
- We will be adding a primary trail with many great campsites close to the big tent. Most likely late Spring early Summer 2017. We will need help, will publish when it gets scheduled.
- We are planning periodic emails going out more frequently, 6 to 10 per year, to keep everyone up to date on camp news.
- The camp recently was the recipient of a generous donation of a dozen youth Kayaks which will be available for use in 2017.

Or if you would like a presentation made on behalf of the camp to your church or group let us know, one of the directors will be happy to make a personal visit to present the camp work and to answer any questions.
Riverbend is an official 501(c)3 non profit entity incorporated in the State of Michigan. We operate as an independent ministry. All gifts will be recognized as charitable contributions. We have a modest mortgage on the 55 acres.
